Too Many Moving Violations in Illinois Can Be Cause for License Suspension

It has become so easy to pay traffic tickets online or by simply mailing into the County Clerk the amount of the fine.  Paying a ticket online or mailing in a payment will often result in a moving violation being entered on your driving record.  A conviction may also be entered if you failed to completed traffic safety school or if you simply ignored a traffic ticket and did not bother to respond in any way.
Drivers who have had their license suspended because of too many points or too many moving violations, may be eligible to enroll in a Driver Improvement Program.  Successful completion of the program may remove points from their current record and avoid a suspension.
